Terms and Conditions

Here are Brano Industries Pretoria's terms and conditions relating to quotes and pricing, payment terms, lead times, and returns & refunds.

QUOTES AND PRICING

Quotations are valid for 14 days, but are subject to the following:

• Stock availability
• Discounts will not be transferred to updated or pre-dated quotations
• Quotations are processed according to specifications given by the purchaser, any future price variations after final measurements are taken will be for the purchasers account.

PAYMENT TERMS

A deposit of 70% is required upon placing an order, the balance is to be paid on the day of delivery or collection.
A deposit of 100% is required to move forward with a custom- /purpose-made order.

Cash Payments
Please count the cash with one of our team-members so that both parties agree to the amount handed over. The sales-member must hand over a cash receipt in return for the payment. Without this cash-receipt, we will have no way of tracing any cash that has been handled.

Card Payments
Please request the card machine if you plan on paying with a card. Ensure that you keep your receipt.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Kindly keep in mind that EFT can take a few days to reflect. Stock will only be released once a payment appears in the Brano Bank Account.

A Proof-of-Payment will not will not be a substitute for the above-mentioned condition.
30 Day Credit Account

We do offer credit facilities when possible. Account Application Forms can be obtained from your sales representative and the completed forms can be submitted to our accounts department. After 5-7 working days a decision on the application will be communicated in accordance with our credit facilitators.

LEAD TIMES

All custom- or purpose-made doors & hardware have a lead time which depends on the product, time of year and availability of raw materials. Quoted lead times start when full payment reflects in the Brano Bank Account AND once all the relevant signed documents and final measurements have been received.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Goods must be returned within 10 days of purchase AND with proof of purchase.
Custom- or purpose- made items cannot be returned or refunded, unless under warranty conditions.
A handling fee of 15% will be charged on any unused goods that are returned in the original condition/packaging.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed, depending on the original method of payment.
